I’ve never identified as a traditionally 'creative' person; instead, my strengths lie in academic rigor and understanding human behavior. Although I hold a Diploma in Interior Design, my true interest was always Psychology. This led me to pursue a Degree in Communication while working as a Project Designer—a role I held for eight years starting in 2014. This blend of design experience and communication theory allows me to approach projects through the lens of human psychology rather than just aesthetics.

The pandemic served as a major turning point in my career. Driven by my fascination with human behavior and a desire to create impactful user experiences, I made the strategic decision to pivot into UX Design. I took a focused career break to immerse myself in the Google UX Design Professional Certificate, completing the self-paced program in just one month. To launch this new chapter, I even leveraged my coding skills to build my first portfolio from scratch, merging my background in physical design with my new expertise in digital experiences.

My transition paid off quickly; within 1.5 months, I secured my first UI/UX role and began my journey as a product designer in 2022 until now. Since then, I have remained committed to staying ahead of market trends through conferences, webinars, and specialized courses. To deepen my expertise, I also completed a Master of Creative Industries and Communication. My mixed-mode study and dissertation focused on how UX influences brand perception—a challenging 1.5-year journey that culminated in a rigorous viva voce. This academic experience significantly sharpened my research skills and my understanding of complex human needs.

I believe there is always another level to reach, and I am committed to continuous learning. My current focus is pivoting toward Product Strategy, bridging the gap between design and business. I am currently planning to obtain professional licenses in Product Management to ensure I can offer more holistic, strategic value to the organizations and users I serve.
